Panasonic Facial Roller Eh-SP30 Vs Refa Pro/Carat Platinum Electronic Roller

Oh the damned many choices of Facial Rollers!!

Remember iwannabelenglui's recent post on PANASONIC Esthetic Facial Roller EH-SP30? And yes, before putting that as one of her wishlist item, there was that consideration on the the Refa Pro/Carat Platinum Electronic Roller that promises almost the same result of the Panasonic roller.

Just do a little Google and that's it.... we're SOLD! muahahahahhaa... Oh well..

The differences:
  • The Brand
  • The physics and scientific theory behind them: "How it works?"
  • The PRICE - Refa rollers costs a whopping RM1.2k
  • The publicity and popularity
  • The usage - Refa's multi-functioned
Before the Refa roller goes on iwananbelenglui's the wishlist item for 2013, lets do some reality check, more research, have some patience and drool over the pics above and below... LOL.... Heck, a pricier tool does not mean a better tool...

Adult Acne - DIY Lymphatic Massage

And here comes the main post which is the reason for my previous post on differentiating between adult and adolescent acne... So there is a reason sugar_cupcakes actually posted that up.. lol... cunning....

Regular DIY massage at home can help reduce the blockage of our lymph nodes which is one of the main causes for jawline acne... And because I'm so prone to getting jawline breakouts, it's time to share a translated step-by-step Japanese guide with you lengluis. I hope my translation with Uncle Google's help is accurate... LOL... The original step-by-step guide is from the Japanese Beauty Site - All About Mico

Notes:
  • Always make sure your hands are clean before doing any skin massage
  • If you've already got severe acne on neck, chin and jawline, doing the massage incorrectly may further simulate sebum secretion and aggravate inflammation. Avoid this if you're not sure!
  • This helps with prevention for lengluis with the occasional jawline acne breakouts so I am a fan!

Massage Oils (DIY) - Self Massage

**to be continued**

Why spend when you can save? lol... wise words that are hard to keep... But seriously, trips to massages are $$$ and time consuming so, lets keep that for special occasions..

Self massage is NOT difficult. And, can be quite relaxing once you've gotten the hang of it. I'm a lazy person.. but by nature, who's not? So... initially I just like the idea of buying massage oils for the sake displaying it on the shelf. So it looks as though I did use them. I got all my massage oils from Body Shop. Okay... massage oils need no branding. But then again... the Body Shop was having its annual sale... So there goes a splurge... On my shelf you will find... soya carrier oil, almond oil, lavender massage oil, ylang ylang massage oil and lavender essential oil.

After about a year++ on the shelf... (they were collecting dust), I decided. What the heck... how tiresome can self massage be? So I Googled for some tips on self massage techniques...

http://www.livestrong.com/article/12454-do-selfmassage-/

which were pretty good actually... Occasionally, I'll practice this before going to bed... Not everyday though.. But... You do wake up feeling... emm... your muscles have loosen a little... That's a good sign right? I guess, 'cos it felt good.
